W.H. "Buck" Faulkner

W.H. “Buck” Faulkner age 93, of Batesville died Thursday, January 10, 2019. He was born April 13, 1925 at Light, Arkansas to Henderson Hall and Hazel Irene Bryant Faulkner. He was retired from Pepsi Cola, a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran, and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Gwen Faulkner; and one brother, Thomas Henderson Faulkner.

Survivors include two daughters, Linda Faulkner Boone of Batesville and Martha Faulkner Herndon (Jeff) of Jonesboro; one sister, Maxine Standridge of Little Rock; four grandchildren, Rocky Boone (Staci), Michael Boone, Alexis Galavis (Thomas), and Natassia Law; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville.

Graveside services will be Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville.  

Pallbearers will be Bill Faulkner, Dewayne Altom, Jay Johnson, Rocky Boone, Michael Boone, and Scott Southard.
