Beverly "Bev" Ann Ratliff

Beverly “Bev” Ann Ratliff, 67 of Batesville died Monday, July 11, 2016. She was born November 19, 1948 at Batesville, Arkansas to Jewel and Anna Joyce (Rodgers) Ratliff. She was a retired math teacher, having taught at Melbourne, Evening Shade and Cave City. She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her mother, Joyce Ratliff of Cave City; brother, Randy Ratliff of Cave City; sister, Barbara Farnam of Cabot; nephews, Kirk Ratliff, Jeremy Ratliff, Jimmy Southall and Charles Southall and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. the Quail Valley Church of Christ in Batesville. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Jon Patterson, Dr. Harvey Matheny, Dr. Michael Higginbottom, Jeremy Ratliff, Kirk Ratliff and Charles Southall. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. J.D. Allen, Dr. Seth Barnes, Dr. David Boike and Evan Higginbottom.
