Jewel M. Hutchison

Jewel M. Hutchison age 99 of Cave City died Friday August 3, 2007 at the White River Medical Center in Batesville. She was born January 11, 1908 at Cave City, Arkansas to Walter Ben and Jessie Flora Hutchinson. She was a homemaker and a member of Eutopia Baptist Church.She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Samuel Lewis Hutchison, one son Fred E. Hutchison, one daughter Florene Goldman, three brothers W.B. Hutchinson, Hadley Hutchinson and Edgar Hutchinson, three sisters Mary Ogilvie, Cleo Wisdom and Vernie Hutchinson and two grandsons Randy Perkey and Jerry Wayne Perkey.Survivors include one son Raymond Hutchison of Cave City, three daughters Della Perkey and Oretha Perkey both of Cave City and Ruthel Shirley of St. Louis, MO, one sister Velma Barnett of Jonesboro, seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.Funeral services will begin Sunday August 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Bro. Allen Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Palestine Cemetery located west of Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.Visitation will begin Saturday August 4, 2007 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.Pallbearers will be Gary Hart, Jeff Hobbs, Buddy Justice, Daniel Johnson, Howard Abernathy and Roy Gene Felts.
