Marie Alderson, age 84 of Batesville died Sunday, February 20, 2011 at a Batesville nursing home. She was born September 6, 1926 at Elba, Alabama to Ideal and Viola Matoosh Allen.Local arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held in Galesburg, Illinois under the direction of Hinchliff-Pearson-West Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Galesburg Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 591, Galesburg, Illinois.
