Bertie Allen

Media “Bertie” Allen age 72 of Ash Flat died Sunday, October 5, 2014 at a Batesville hospital. She was born June 19, 1942 at Greene County, Arkansas to Albert and Media (Winn) Harget. She was a housewife. She was preceded in death by her parents and one son Bruce Anthony Allen. Survivors include her husband Bruce Allen of the home; three sons, Keith Harget of Evening Shade; Duane Allen and wife Deniece of Evening Shade and William Allen of Ash Flat; three sisters, Donna Wrinkle of Evening Shade, Loretta Noel of Cave City and Norma Wright of Florida; four grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be held Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Evening Shade. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
