Jennie V. Neal Westmoreland

Jennie V. Neal Westmoreland, 96 of Batesville died Saturday, May 7, 2016 at a Batesville hospital. She was born May 6, 1920 at Floral, Arkansas to John W. and Callie Summers Neal. She was a retired nurse. She enjoyed quilting and gardening. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Weldon Westmoreland; brothers, Jimmy Neal and Robert Neal and sisters, Fronie Powers, Pearl Neal and Ruby Nicholson. Survivors include stepdaughter, Ann Taylor of Batesville; nieces, Lorene Shaver, Mazene Caldwell, Lestine Grady and Suellen Helmholz; nephews, Ronnie Neal, Billy Neal and Scott Nicholson; five grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be Tuesday May 10, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville. No visitation is planned.
