John R. Bagwell

John Bagwell, 75 of Strawberry died Wednesday, June 14, 2017. He was born December 27, 1941 at Sedgwick, Arkansas to Arthur and Janie (Gray) Bagwell. He was a heavy equipment operator and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He attended the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tammy McCracken; four brothers and one sister. Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Joan Bagwell; son, Johnny Bagwell Jr. of Strawberry; daughter, Dianna Kunkel of Sulphur Rock; brothers, Dean Bagwell and Roger Bagwell both of Cave City and Junior Bagwell of Abingdon, Illinois; sister, Dorothy King of Walcott; fourteen grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City with Bro. Bobby Sanders officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until service time at the church.
