Jonathan Perkins, 55 of Cave City died Monday, July 31, 2017. He was born March 21, 1962 to Floyd and Aver Perkins. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Greg Perkins and Timothy Perkins. Survivors include his wife Carolyn Perkins; daughters, Melissa Thomas of Paragould, Kayla Perkins of Russellville and Jacquelyn Perkins of Cave City; brothers, Patrick Perkins of Bassett and Edward Hamilton of Tiptonville, Tennessee; sister, Malisa Dotson of Wilson; grandchildren, Alexzander Milde and Caiden Milde of Lynn. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
