Anne E. “Beth” Gaither

Anne E. “Beth” Gaither, 94, of Cave City passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2025 at Cave City. She was born July 22, 1931 in Grange, Arkansas to Marvin and Anne (Hoggard) Simpson. She was a retired dental assistant. She worked for Dr. Beller for many years. She was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed flowers.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rex Gaither; one daughter, Kathy Sue Gaither; and two sisters, Birteen Kerr and Glinden Cowan.

She is survived by her nieces, Annettea Shreve of Cave City, Mary Jane McSpadden of Cave City and Florena Weaver (Terry) of Georgia; and one nephew, Keith Kerr (Shelley) of Oregon; along with other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, December 29, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville. Burial will follow in the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville under the direction of Qualls Funeral Homes.

Visitation will be Monday, December 29, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
