Arlin Estel Watson

Arlin Estel Watson, 80, of Strawberry, Arkansas passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026 at Batesville, Arkansas. He was born November 15, 1945 to Arvel and Ollie (Ripka) Watson. He was a security guard for Townsend for twenty plus years and was of the Christian faith. He enjoyed time spent telling stories, watching westerns, fishing, hunting, building wood projects, and talking about his lovely wife, Sherron.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 54 years, Sherron Watson; his son, Donnie Wayne Watson; brothers, W.O. Watson, Tony Watson, Gene Watson; and his sisters, Mary Lee Watson, Dolly Schruntrub, and Barbara Ann Watson.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Dunlap; his sister, Genava Keck; three grandchildren, Jessica Zink, Jennifer Granger, and Wayne Smith; and other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life services will be held at a later date.
