Betsy Ann Ramsey

Betsy Ann (Dalton) Ramsey, 36, of Floral, Arkansas passed away Friday, July 3, 2026 at Wilburn, Arkansas. She was born October 6, 1989 in Urbana, Illinois to Eddie and Starr (Licht) Dalton. She was an office administrator for Auvergne Grain and a member of the First Baptist Church at Concord. She graduated from Urbana High School in 2008 and obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University in 2012. Betsy enjoyed lake and creek swimming and being a part of her church and serving wherever she could. Above all, she enjoyed time spent with her beloved children.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Nelson and Elinor “Tippy” Licht, and Claytus and Hollie Dalton; and her mother in law, Christy Ramsey.

She is survived by her parents, Eddie and Starr Dalton; her husband of 12 years, Bruce Ramsey; two sons, Wyatt and Waylon Ramsey; two daughters, Miranda and Rheadyn Ramsey; her father in law, Lanny Ramsey; her mother in law, Christina Ramsey; and one uncle, Thomas Licht; her best friend, Maya Moskalick; along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church at Concord with Bro. Daryl Sellers and Bro. John High officiating. Burial will follow in the Old Union Cemetery in Floral with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Homes.

A visitation will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2026 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the church.

Pallbearers will be Cody Ramsey, Brandon Ramsey, Dustin Ramsey, Preston Jones, Andy Martin and Alan Patchell.
