Charles E. Howard

Charles E. Howard, 90, Cave City, Arkansas passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026 in Cave City. He was born October 8, 1936 in Batesville, Arkansas to Tom and Bobbilee Howard. He was an entrepreneur, owning his own plumbing business called Howard’s Plumbing. He attended the First Assembly of God Church in Cave City and was an Army Veteran. Charles enjoyed fishing, horses, antiques, and watching Westerns and NASCAR.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife of 54 years, Willa Mae Howard.

He is survived by his sons, Brad Howard (Wendy) and Bruce Howard (Tammy) both of Cave City, Arkansas; his daughter, Vickie Tackett of Cave City, Arkansas; his brothers, Donald Howard (Gail) and Ronald Howard (Sandy); five grandchildren, Tonya King (Johnny), Breana Howard, Joey Howard (Mary), Deborah Moss (Shawn), and Abagail Johnson; five great grandchildren, Tim King, Caleb Howard, Nathan Howard, Natalie Howard, and Bella Anorve; along with other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
