Charles B. Jeffery Sr.

Charles B. Jeffery Sr., 93, of Batesville died Friday, May 24, 2019. He was born July 24, 1925 at Mount Pleasant, Arkansas to Grady and Nola Conyers Jeffery. He was a U.S. Navy World War II Veteran and a member of Faith-Hopewell Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Dorothy Jeffery and brother, Neal Jeffery.

Survivors include sons, Charles B. Jeffery Jr. (Becky Walker) of Homassa, Florida, Dennis Jeffery (Kay) of Glendale, Arizona, and Randall Jeffery (Laura) of San Ramon, California; adopted son, Shane Gillmore of Maumelle; sister, Fern Moody (Lavaughn) of Moorefield; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
