Danny Joel Griffin

Danny Joel Griffin, 63, of Batesville, Arkansas passed away on Thursday, November 30, 2023 at his home.  He was born November 19, 1960 in Batesville to Oran and Nina Griffin.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles, watching sports and was an avid Razorback fan.  He also served his country in the United States Army.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Dr. Tamara Griffin and a sister, Sarah Sisk.

Survivors include a son, Daniel Griffin (Thais) of Providence, RI; a daughter, Magen Slaughter (BJ) of Batesville; a brother, James Griffin of Batesville; three grandchildren, Nash Slaughter, Nova Slaughter and Sloane Griffin-Fournier as well as other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville.
