Darrell Wade Nolen

Darrell Wade Nolen, 87 of Evening Shade died Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at his home. He was born December 7, 1931 at Rector, Arkansas to Audrey Wade and Estelle Meredith Nolen.   He was retired from the United States Navy and was a member of the Abundant Life Church in Highland.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Freddy Nolen and one sister, Donna Nolen Starnes.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Joyce Nolen of the home; two sons, Douglas Nolen of Paragould and Jeffrey Nolen of Memphis; two daughters, Tracey Lynn Owens and husband Dennis of Evening Shade and Ramona Rae Dunn and husband Mark of Roswell, New Mexico; 14 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and a host other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, June 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Evening Shade with Bro. Larry Weaver and Bro. Larry Stephen officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
