Denis Gene Johnston

Denis Gene Johnston, 65 of Cave City passed away Friday, May 20, 2022.  He was born October 12, 1956 in Denver, Colorado to J.C. and Vera Reed Johnston.  He was a retired poultry farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Bruce Johnston.

Survivors include his wife, Karen Johnston of the home; one son, Jay Johnston of Horseshoe Bend; one step-son, Chris Stewart (Caira) of Southside; one brother, Velton Johnston of Alaska; one sister, Melissa Cooper of Melbourne; two grandchildren, Jamie Johnston and Conner Johnston both of Horseshoe Bend; two step-grandchildren, Michael Thomas Stewart and Allison Elizabeth Stewart both of Southside; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Private memorial services will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
