Doreen Cossey

Doreen Cossey, 81, of Salem, Arkansas passed away on August 19, 2024 in Salem. She was born October 23, 1942 in Bushnell, Florida to Herbert and Dora Wall. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.

Doreen enjoyed Search a Word puzzle, watching movies, going to church, going to the library, and spending time on vacations.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse Marvin Ralph Cossey; brothers Armond Wall, Ronald Wall, and Jean Wall; and sister Voyce Fussell.

Survivors include her daughter Sandra Cossey of Batesville, and son Darren Cossey of Salem, Arkansas, and twin sister Delores Mumford of Ocala, Florida.

Funeral services will be Friday at 10 a.m., August 23rd, at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City, Arkansas with Steve Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Bethel Cemetery located on Pfeiffer Road.

Visitation will be held August 23rd at 9:00 a.m. at Qualls Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Shane Cooper, James Cossey, Cedric Morley, Phillip Lloyd, Delmas Gillmore, and Levi Smedley.
