Elaine Louise Thomas

Elaine Louise Thomas, 59 of Floral passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2021.  She was born August 19, 1961 in Indio, California to Ottis Ray and Mary Louise (Tharp) Barnes.  She was a patient registrar for White River Health System in Batesville and was a member of Elizabeth Missionary Baptist Church in Mountain View.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ottis Ray Barnes.

Survivors include her husband of 31 years, Michael Thomas of the home; one son Christopher Michael Thomas of Batesville; her mother Mary Louise (Tharp) Barnes of Floral; one brother, Orbin Luther Barnes (Marie) of Greenbrier; one niece, Mary Beth Jackson (Leo) of Paragould; one nephew, Fount Lee Barnes (Tanya) of Shannon Hills; several great nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be Saturday, January 30, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Service Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday, January 29, 2021 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
