Eva Marie Easter Brokaw

Eva Marie Easter Brokaw, 90 of Batesville passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021.  She was born October 24, 1930 in Kansas to Elvie Daniel and Roberta (Wright) Easter.  She was a homemaker and a member of Cave Creek Church of God.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Vaughan Brokaw; three sons, Lanny Joe Means, Edward Gail Means and an infant son; four brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include five daughters, Patricia St. John of Hardy, Dorothy Foster (Rick) and Karen Isley both of Batesville, Debra Thomas of Heber Springs and Laura Duke of Little Rock; one brother, Floyd Easter of Indiana; one sister, Mary Belle Powell (Hank) of Kokomo, Indiana; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Due to the Covid-19, no public services were held.  A private burial was held at Weaver’s Chapel Cemetery.  Arrangements were by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
