Gerald Floyd Manuel passed away November 1, 2026 at the age of 72. He was born November 7, 1953 in Paragould, Arkansas to Thomas and Gracie (Grimes) Manuel. Gerald lived in East Peoria, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Susie, Margaret, and Barbara; and his brothers, George, Johnny, and Thomas.
He is survived by his wife, Deborah; his children, Christy Robinson, Jerry Manuel (Nicole), Lisa Adkins (Shawn), and David Manuel; twelve grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
A visitation will be held Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel in Batesville, Arkansas under the direction of Qualls Funeral Homes.
Funeral services will be Saturday, November 7, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Cave City Cemetery in Cave City, Arkansas.
