Jack Presley was born May 25, 1948 in Jonesboro, Arkansas to the late Gladys Miriam Scudder Presley.
Jack was an optician most of his adult life. He crafted glasses for both adults and children, assuring the young ones that not only would the glasses improve their vision but also preserve their individual style and confidence. He took pleasure in various activities, including listening to music, wood working, smoking food, enjoying the countryside, and watching sports and the cooking channel.
Jack departed this life on March 9th, 2024 at The Springs of Batesville, listening to the sounds of classic country music, at the age of 75.
Jack is survived by his former wife, Janet Presley, two daughters, Morgan (Vaughn) and Paige (J.D), siblings Sandra Kay Barrett and Johnnie Michael Presley, and grandchildren Linleigh, Ruth, Lincoln, and Teddy.
In addition to his mother, Jack is preceded in death by his wife Terri, and his siblings Karen McGriff and Sammie Presley.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024, 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. David Insell officiating.
Jack will be buried next to his mother at Crossroads Cemetery near Portia, AR at a later date.
Visitation is Saturday, March 16, 2024, 9 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
There will be light refreshments served at First United Methodist Church, 615 E. Main St., Batesville, AR 72501 after the service.

The ASYR is a transformative, family-style foster-care program that provides children with a safe and emotionally supportive home.
