Janet Sue Slaughter, 80, of Evening Shade, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at Batesville. She was born December 16, 1944 at Booneville, MO. She was an LPN and enjoyed quilting, sewing, and making things with thread.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Slaughter of the home; one son, Kevin Bruce (Victoria) of Ashdown; three daughters, Gale Owen (Phil) of Harrisburg, MO, Angela Rush (Rob) of Columbia, MO and Jill Sheets (Darren) of Columbia, MO along with six grandchildren.
