Janet M. Wright

Janet M. Wright age 86 of Cave City passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021 at her home.  She was born December 1, 1934 in Denver, Colorado to Harry Joseph and Hilda Bronson Forster.  She was a retired secretary for State Farm Insurance and a member of the Church of Christ.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Martin E. Wright: one brother, Bud Forster, one step-brother, Charlie Forster, two sisters, Betty Black and Dorothy Douglass.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Martin M. Wright of the home; one daughter, Michelle Pickering Shepard of Cave City; one sister, Shirley Shaffroth of Denver, Colorado; five grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Tom Sorg and Andrew Richardson officiating.  Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery at Cave City with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
