Jerry "J O" Overland

Jerry “J O” Overland, 60 of Batesville passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021.  He was born February 22, 1961 in Columbus, Ohio.  He was the son of Jerry Overland and Madene White.  He worked many years at White Rodgers in Batesville and was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Batesville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Kermeta Overland.

Survivors include his twin sister, Sherry Landrum (Jerry) of Newport; his aunt, Matilda Brown of St. Louis Missouri; three nieces, Deidre Landrum of Jonesboro, Kendra Landrum of Dallas, Texas and Tarquisha Walker of Jonesboro; great niece, Kayliah Reynolds; great nephew, Braden Landrum; special friends, Darrell and Teresa Baker and Daniel Smith; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Monday, September 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Batesville with Rev. Lewis Justice officiating.  Arrangements are by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service of Batesville.

Honorary pallbearers are the Batesville High School Class of 1979 and Bethlehem Baptist Church Members.
