Jerry R. Sullivan, 74, of Calamine passed away Thursday, May 8, 2025 at Little Rock. He was born February 18, 1951 at Batesville to Maurice and Argie (Foster) Sullivan.
Jerry was a Christian who was devoted to his family and took pride in helping them however he could. He enjoyed spending his time working on the farm, raising cattle, and cultivating his land. Jerry was a member of the Smithville Baptist Church. Although his favorite place was home, he enjoyed annual trips to the Gulf with his wife and treasured time with his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Kathie Sullivan of the home; two sons, Jason Sullivan (Rita) of Smithville and Jeremy Sullivan (Kerrie) of Batesville; two brothers, Maurice Sullivan (Lexi) of Calamine and Gary Sullivan also of Calamine; one sister, Wanda Richard (John) of Cheyenne, WY; five grandchildren, Ethan Wilmoth, Matthew Sullivan, Jack Sullivan, Allison Sullivan, and Maggie Sullivan; one great grandchild, Karsyn Wilmoth; several nieces, nephews along with a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Monday, May 12, 2025, 2:00 P.M. at Smithville Baptist Church with Bro. Jeremy Sullivan and Bro. Vance Penn officiating. Burial will follow in the McAdams Cemetery near Calamine.
Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Homes.
Visitation will be Monday, May 12, 2025 from 12:00 P.M. until service time at the church.
Pallbearers will be Jack Sullivan, Matthew Sullivan, Ethan Wilmoth, Marc Walling, Tom Carley, and Shannon Scott.
