Jestine Bell

Jestine Bell, 91 of Cave City died Monday, September 3, 2018. She was born February 1, 1927 at Sandtown, Arkansas to Martin and Virginia (Vest) Montgomery.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Maxville Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Velmus Leo Bell and her daughter, Debbie Magness.

Survivors include two daughters, Brenda Snyder (Kerry) of Maumelle and Melissa Bassler (Doug) of Cabot; one sister, Maxine Lassiter of Cave City; four grandchildren, Josh Magness, Tyler Magness (Mercedes), Jared Dumais and Sarah Dumais; one great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Thursday, September 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Palestine Cemetery west of Cave City with Bro. Boyce Johnson officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Honorary pallbearers are Bobby Barr, Johnny Barr, Raymond Staggs, Gilbert McCracken, Dale Weaver, Michael Paul Lassiter, Dean Hastings and Wendell Perkey.
