JoAnn "Mamma Jo" Bryant

JoAnn “Momma Jo” Bryant, 65, of Smithville passed away August 12, 2025 at Smithville. She was born February 8, 1960 at Murphysboro, IL to Lonnie Dickerson and Linda Mae (Stone). She was raised by her mother and adopted by Donald Misselhorn. She was a housewife and a member of Soul’s Harbor Church. She enjoyed fishing, being on the water, spending time with her family, and taking care of all her kids.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Bryant Sr.; parents; one brother, Michael Misselhorn and her grandparents.

Survivors include seven sons David (Kim) Crow, Steven (Jessica) Crow, Jeffery Bryant, Cody Bryant, Daniel Jones, Tim (Sam) Bryant and Donald Bryant Jr.; four daughters Melissa (Shane) Williams, Darlene Bryant, Christina Bryant, and April Bryant; one brother Lonnie Dickerson and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.
