John Chandler Stuart

John Chandler Stuart, 70, of Banner died Friday, November 2, 2018. He was born July 14, 1948 at Batesville, Arkansas to John Metz and Imogene Stuart. He was a carpenter and a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church at Banner.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Betty Sharp Stuart of the home; one son, John Wesley Stuart (Alaina) of Greenbrier; two daughters, Regina Rena Pratt (Andy) of Pleasant Plains and Laura Beth Mitchell (David) of Batesville; four sisters, Jackie Rone (Buck) of Concord, Carol Jean Mohlke (Carroll) of Desha, Jennie Pierce of Floral, and Lisa Stewart (Kevin) of Prim; six grandchildren, Paisley Emerson, Ryan Pratt, Taylor Elms, Chase Mitchell, Owen Mitchell, and Juliana Stuart; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside memorial services will be held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. at the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Banner. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
