Karen Dickey

Karen Dickey, 85, of Cord, Arkansas passed away Monday, December 22, 2025 in Batesville. She was born June 6, 1940 in Geneseo, IL to Alfred and Irene (Vercruysse) Reschke. She was an operations manager and of the Catholic faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, O. Lavern Dickey; and sisters, Jean Dickey and Pauline Swanson.

She is survived by her children, Kent Tyne (Whitney) of Tiskilwa, IL and Cathy Marzetta of Lakewood Ranch, FL; one brother, Alfred Reschke; one sister, Marie Swietek; and three grandchildren, Tyler Tyne, Dillon Tyne and Michael Marzetta; along with other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Monday, December 29, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the Philadelphia Cemetery located in Dowdy with Father John Miskin officiating.
