Kelly Brand, 64, of Evening Shade, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 8, 2026 in Ash Flat, Arkansas. He was born October 14 1961 in Newport, Arkansas to Carl J. Brand III and Barbara Paysinger he was a truckdriver and of the Christian Faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, grilling, and visiting with his beloved family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother, Jay Brand.
He is survived by a host of cousins.
A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are by Qualls Funeral Homes.
