Lyndell Spurlock

Lyndell Spurlock, 82 of Katy, Texas died Monday, February 25, 2019. He was born March 5, 1936 at Center, Arkansas to Raymond and Una Carver Spurlock.  He was a retired insurance agent and a member of the Katy Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clifton Spurlock and grandson, Michael Cain.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Etha Roe Spurlock of the home; sons, Rick Spurlock of Searcy and Randy Spurlock( Debbie) of Dickson, Tennessee; daughter, Sheila Cain (Kevin) of Katy, Texas; sister, Carrie Davidson (Harrell) of Obion, Tennessee; 7 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Kevin Cain and C.C. Baird officiating and Harrell Davidson serving as song leader. Burial will follow in the Shiloh Cemetery located near Center.

Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Rick Spurlock, Randy Spurlock, Justin Spurlock, Jordan Spurlock, Dusty Denton and Peyton Cain.
