Marie Wilkinson

Marie Wilkinson, 91 of Evening Shade died Saturday, June 6, 2020. She was born November 18, 1928 in Evening Shade, Arkansas to Anderson and Trixie Whitten Qualls.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in Evening Shade.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Virdell “Red” Wilkinson; son, Dennis Ray Wilkinson; daughter, Barbara Louise Wilkinson and brother, Garvey Qualls.

Survivors include sons, David Wilkinson (Melba) of Cave City and Rod Wilkinson of Fort Worth, Texas; daughters, Betty Kurtley of Cave City and Jo Ann Flynn (James) of Sidney; sister, Euna Mae Franks of Evening Shade; grandchildren, Barbie Milton of Ash Flat, Shana Flynn and Sarah Flynn both of Evening Shade, Nick Kurtley of Newport, Randy Kurtley of Newark and Jessica Antonvich of Cave City; eleven great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. in the Evening Shade Cemetery with Barry Wilkes officiating. Arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.
