Michael Lynn Burris

Michael Lynn Burris, 57 of Batesville passed away Friday, March 4, 2022 at his home.  He was born March 6, 1964 in Batesville, Arkansas.  He was the son of Opal Marie Casey Burris.  He was a member of the Maple Springs Missionary Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by a son, Johnny Burris; his mother, Opal Marie Burris and a nephew, Eric Smart.

Survivors include two daughters, Cheyanne Burris of Batesville and Ashley Burris of Sulphur Rock; his wife of 20 years, Crystal Burris of Batesville; two sisters, Sandra Smart of Batesville and Marsha Richardson of Sulphur Rock; three grandchildren, Kinsley Ervin, Blakely Reynolds and Autumn Burris; a niece, Misty Lanning; several other nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Bro. Curt Howard officiating.  Burial will follow in the Campground Cemetery in Bethesda.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Levi Ervin, Nick Reynolds, Kevin Mayes, Bryan King and Jason Morgan.

Honorary pallbearers are Jesse Garcia, James Lanning and Bill Richardson.
