Naomi Faye "Jane" Walls

Naomi Faye “Jane” Walls, 83 of Batesville went to be with the Lord on Saturday March 21, 2020. She was born July 16, 1936 in Tupelo, Arkansas to Fred and Dora Mae Calhoun Billingsley. She was retired from Wal-Mart in Newport. She was currently a member of First Baptist Church in Desha and had been a longtime member of Faith Baptist Church in Batesville. She was an avid collector of tea pots and was a renowned cook.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Tena Paulette Holtkamp; two brothers, Ellis Billingsley and Dean Billingsley and an infant sister, Catherine Billingsley.

Survivors include her husband, Carl Walls of the home; one daughter, Cindy Chapin of Batesville; three sons, Timothy Wagster of Knoxville, Tennessee , Jeff Wagster and Andy Wagster both of Batesville; three sisters, Brenda Green (Eddie) and Shirley Baker both of Tuckerman and Martha Zuber (Eugene) of Newport; ten grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and longtime friends.

Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.
