Nell Jobe left this world in the arms of Jesus on Friday, October 3, 2025.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Owen Clarence and Inez (Newcombe) Sartin; two brothers, Francis Glen Sartin, Noble Lance Sartin; three sisters, Wanda June Tilley, Hazel Sartin, Fay Dowing Broadway; one son, Robert Doyle Jobe; two granddaughters, Jennifer Lynn Stumpf, Summer Dawn Dill and her former husband, Lee Jobe.
She is survived by one brother, Mark Lynn Sartin; two sons, Owen Wesley Jobe, Donald Lee Jobe; one daughter, Carrol Anne (Jobe) Prince; four grandsons, Ryan Christopher (Tiffany), Travis Lee (Rebecca), Jeremy Kyle (Laura), David Lee (Julie); six great-grandchildren, along with a host of nieces and nephews.
Nell loved to garden and had a green thumb, she could throw seeds and they would sprout. She did beautiful needlework, loved crocheting, quilting and making precious treasures for her family. She and her identical twin, Fay, were always up to something. Nell also enjoyed doing puzzles and crosswords.
She was a caregiver, closed her own home twice to care for her parents and then her brother. She gave freely to help who she could as long as she could. One thing that Nell loved more than anything was her family.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 11:00 a.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel with Roberta Bustin officiating.
Burial will be Tuesday afternoon, October 7, 2025, 2:00 p.m. at the Fifty-Six Cemetery in Stone County.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Jobe, Ryan Jobe, Travis Jobe and Hunter Jobe.
