Norma Johnson

Norma Johnson, 82, of Evening Shade passed away Saturday, January 31, 2026 in Batesville. She was born March 1, 1943 in Evening Shade to Leonard and Robbie (Reed) Johnson. Norma loved to sight see, her cats, playing cards, going to church and eating out.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Walter Johnson and one sister, Peggy Reed.

Survivors are her dear friends, Joyce Gipson and Grady Rush.

Funeral services will be Thursday, February 5, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Evening Shade with Ken Vonk officiating. Burial will follow in the Maxville Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Homes.

Visitation will be Thursday, February 5, 2026, 1:00 p.m. until service time at the church.

Pallbearers will be Jared Meacham, Jacob Farris, Grady Rush, Barry Farris, Michael Graddy, Mike Worch and Kevin Coursey.
