Roba "Robbie" Lee Spooner

Roba Lee (Robbie) Spooner, 93, of Batesville passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023 in Batesville.  She was born on February 20, 1930 to Virgil and Tressie Bullard.  She was a homemaker and a former member of the Full Gospel Fellowship Church.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and home making.  Celebrating life and family and being faithful to church were essential to her.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Carl Spooner and a brother, Bill Bullard.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Barbara Bullard; two nieces, Becky Caudel and Jan Spinks.  She never had children, but her brother’s children and grandchildren were like her own. 

Funeral services will be Saturday, April 8, 2023 at 3:00pm at Harbor Lights Temple in Batesville.  Officiating by her request, will be her nephew Caleb Spinks. 

Burial will follow in the New Hope Cumberland Cemetery, located at Bethesda.

Visitation will be on Saturday, April 8, 2023 beginning at 2:00PM until service time at the church.
