Robert Scott Hook

Robert “Scott” Hook was born June 11, 1960 to Norman E. Hook Sr. and Ruth Alice Griffin Hook. He was born into eternal life on the evening of Thursday, March 2, 2023.

Scott’s love and passion for Hook’s Custom Calls was known and appreciated by family and friends far and wide. Scott and his oldest brother, Norman, were co-owners of the business, Hook’s Custom Calls.

Scott was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his brothers, Norman E. Hook Jr. (Hookie) and Roger B. Hook (Deloris); and his sister, Linda Denise Kirker (Gene); in addition, Scott is survived by nieces, Jennifer Hook Ruff, Victoria Hook, Shannie LeBleu, Alisa Hook Spence, Leighan Johnson and Crystal Martin. His surviving nephews are, Brian Hook and Jason Kirker; Scott is also survived by many great nieces and nephews; and many friends who shared his passion for all things turkey.

Funeral services will be Monday, March 6, 2023, 2:00 P.M. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will follow in the Pleasant Plains Cemetery with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.

Visitation is Monday, March 6, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. until service time at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brian Hook, Jason Kirker, Nikolas Hook, Ethan Siffert, Jackson Kirker, Mike Miller, Steve Morgenstern and Bryan Ross.
