Sandra Lou Gilmore

Sandra Lou (Kendall) Gilmore, 82, of Cave City passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Cave City. She was born March 4, 1943 at Hawthorne, CA. to Walker Dale and Ethel Frances (Clayburgh) Kendall. She was a 911 supervisor and a member of the Cornerstone Baptist Church. She loved her grandchildren, drawing, painting, writing poetry and was an avid reader. Earlier in life, Sandra enjoyed hunting and fishing.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 31 years, Robert Aaron Gilmore; one son, Anthony Edward Deal; one brother, Dale Walker Kendall and one sister, Linda Sue Hainline.

Survivors include one son, David Allen Deal (Stacey) of Mountain Home, ID; one daughter, Kristina Suzanne (Deal) Jewett (Anthony) of Cave City; one daughter-in-law, Debi Deal of Mountain Home, ID; one sister, Sally Rae (Kendall) Sanders of Kennewick, WA; two step sons, Fred Gilmore (Lydia), Brad Gilmore; one step daughter, Luci Gilmore (Rose); sixteen grandchildren, AJ Jewett, Jeena Belle Jewett, Tiffany Deal, Michelle Deal, Joshua Deal, Jeremiah Deal, Matthew Luxford, Charliegh May, John Browne, Michael Browne, Tim Browne, Chris Browne, Steven William, Randy Bixler, Desiree Gilmore and Zane Gilmore; seven great grandchildren, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
