Shawn Tugwell Blue

Shawn Tugwell Blue, 59, of Batesville passed away Wednesday, Dec. 27, 2023 in Batesville. She was born
December 9, 1964 in Batesville to Hughes Andrew and Mary Ruth (Carpenter) Tugwell . She was a
beautician and a member of the West Baptist Church. Shawn was very artistic and was a God loving
woman. She also enjoyed playing with her grandchildren, reading her Bible, cheerleading and modeling.
She had a very kind tender heart and loved her family very much.

She was preceded in death by her son, Bryan Andrew Moore.

Survivors include her parents; one son, Jordan Blue (Kristy) of Southside; two sisters, Stephanie Johnson
(Jerry) of Batesville and Andrea Potts of Batesville; four grandchildren, Kamryn Moore, Kaylin Moore,
Alexander Blue, Preslee Blue and a host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 3, 2024, 2:00PM. at the Oaklawn Cemetery in Batesville
with Bob Dailey officiating.

Arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Qualls Batesville Funeral Service
Chapel.
