Sherron Kay Watson

Sherron Kay Watson, 72, of Strawberry, Arkansas passed away Saturday, August 1, 2026 in Batesville, Arkansas. She was born December 2, 1953 to Henry Clay Ballard and Virgie Wanda Williams. She was a janitor for the public school system and enjoyed fishing, playing with her dogs, and playing Candy Crush.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Donnie Watson; one brother, Donald Ballard; and one sister, Barbara Watson.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Arlin Watson; a daughter, Lisa Kay Dunlap; a brother, Danny Ballard; two sisters, Viola Right and Annie Lella; three grandchildren, Jessica Zink, Jennifer Granger and Larry Wayne Smith; along with other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
