Thomas Joseph "Joe" Allen

Thomas Joseph “Joe” Allen, 63 of Concord died Sunday, June 7, 2020.  He was born December 4, 1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana to Ernest Clayton and Daisy Mae Walden Allen.  He was a retired construction worker and of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Sarah Greer.

Survivors include two brothers, Willie Allen of Batesville and Robert Allen of Floral; one sister, Margie Stone (Stephen) of Floral; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
