Timothy Dale Collins

Timothy Dale Collins, 70, of Locust Grove passed away Monday, October 6, 2025 in Batesville. He was born December 3, 1954 in Middletown, OH to Earl and Samantha (Miller) Collins. He enjoyed working for the City of Batesville and took pride in keeping the city beautiful. Timothy was an avid outdoorsman, who loved hunting and fishing. One of the greatest things he enjoyed was walking in the woods, shooting the BB gun with his grandson.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Doug; his sisters, Shirley and Viola.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Janet Collins of the home; two daughters, Shelley Rowe (David) of Batesville, Anna Taschetti (Zac) of Conway; his brother, Ray Collins (Karen) of LA; three grandchildren, Gideon, Jennie, Evelynn Faith; best friends, Jimmy and Donald, along with a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial graveside will be held at a later date.
