Autry RK Arnold

Autry RK Arnold, age 78, of Evening Shade, AR passed away on November 24, 2022 at his home. He was born August 11, 1944 in Bald Knob, AR to RK Arnold and Lucille Soles Arnold. He enjoyed taking care of animals, farming, gardening, spending time with his family and riding horses.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Gary Arnold; and a sister Karen Staggs.

He is survived by his wife Sandra Arnold of the home; a son, Autry Clifton Arnold (Susan); daughters, Amanda Arnold Magness and Alisa Smart (Don); a brother, Danny Arnold (Dawn); a sister, Paulette Glaze (Larry); five grandchildren, Shadra Conley, Austin Wilson, Chelsey Sallas (Dillon), Caleb Smart(Maggie) and Pierce Arnold; ten great grandchildren, Aubree Conley, Camden Conley, Skyla Sloan, Beau Sallas, Forrest Sallas, Brady Sallas, Reid Tipton, Savannah Tipton, Autry Haize Smart and Alivia Smart; and several other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel with Mac Brokaw officiating. Burial will follow in the Arnold Campground Cemetery in Evening Shade, AR with arrangements by Qualls Funeral Home of Cave City.

Visitation will be Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Pierce Arnold, Austin Wilson, Caleb Smart, Reid Tipton, Dillon Sallas, Beau Sallas, Barrett Arnold, Justin Arnold, Travis Glaze, Jerry Lee Capps and Jamie Kirk.

Honorary pallbearers are Scott Arnold, John Wolfe, Frankie Dickerson, Gary Shell, Michael Arnold and John Choates.
