Jody McDougal, 41 of Kimberling City, Missouri died Friday, February 28, 2020. He was born March 16, 1978 in Searcy, Arkansas to Joe and Maggie McDougal.  He was a truck driver and a member of West Baptist Church in Batesville.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Daniel and Floe McDougal and John and Mabel Scoggin and a brother, John David McDougal.

Survivors include his wife Megan McDougal of the home; his parents, Joe and Maggie McDougal of Southside; nephew, Cory McDougal; niece, Grace Medley; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Friday, March 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the West Baptist Church in Batesville with Bro. Cory Majors officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Grove Cemetery at Pleasant Plains with arrangements by Qualls Batesville Funeral Service.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Chad Goff, Jon Fleetwood, Wesley Shaver, Adam Dale, Brian McTigue, Anthony Hughes, Lynn Fryman and Dustin Treadway.

Honorary pallbearers are Tammy Smart, Brandon Smart and Barnes Jewish Hospital Staff.
